Home automation is very popular these days and it is common to read in magazines
about its marvels. With state of the art technology it is possible to achieve home
automation with remote control and monitoring via GSM phones. TCS units supplied by DPS-Promatic
can do most of the job.
With our TCS 3.0 it is possible to monitor 8 inputs and activate 8 outputs, besides
monitoring a temperature probe and activate a heater/cooler accordingly.
This is enough to irrigate plants, to monitor old persons, to switch ON or OFF lights, to open
an electric gate, to interface a burglar alarm in order to send SMS messages in case of intrusion.
You can send an SMS and set the temperature at the correct value 1 hour before going home.
Whatever can result into an electric signal can be controlled by the TCS.
Another important feature is the AC power monitor. With this option and the backup battery
the TCS will warn you if there is a power failure so you can take a countermeasure before
your food in the refrigerator becomes unusable.
If 2 inputs and 2 outputs are enough, and there is no need of monitoring temperature or Ac power,
the TCS-LC can do the job at a lower price.
