This command MUST be issued alone. NO other commands (except PWD by SMS) can be
on the same line or SMS message. The text for the message can contain ANY character
up to a number of 40.
Old version limitation: in TCS_3.5 version 5.0 it can be mixed with other commands but the character #
can't be used inside the text of the message)
