Description:

Reads current power status, like battery voltage or type of power supply, ENABLES
or DISABLES Power alarm, sets lower batery shutdown voltage to prevent deep battery discharge.

[,volt] = Battery voltage in Millivolt below which TCs will send an alarm
to all the phones in the list and Shutdown. Values from 1 to 65535 are allowed.
Use 10500 for a 12 V battery.
