The solar shield is shipped dismounted. The package contains all necessary parts to mount it properly.

Mount the temperature sensor as shown above, if your AWS has temperature only (no humidity)
|

Mount the humidity/temperature sensor as shown above, if your AWS has Temperature AND humidity
Note: in this picture the sensor does not have teh black protection. Your sensor is black, like the one inthe picture below.

Be careful to mount the sensor facing downwards, as shown in the picture, otherwise with strong wind
it may rain on it and if it breaks it is not covered by warranty
