Switching on
Once you have inserted the SIM into its holder switch on the unit.
It will emit a long beep and it will beep again after a few seconds (up to 30/40), this means that it has recognized the SIM card and has registered to the network.
You are now ready to proceed.
IMPORTANT: Before connecting the TCS to any device, please refer to the I/O connections diagram at the end of this manual.
IMPORTANT: when switching on using the backup battery it is necessary to press the POWER ON Switch near the backup battery connector (see block diagram )
This feature is implemented to avoid destroying the battery once it has achieved a low voltage limit. The TCS 3.5 will always switch on by itself when AC/DC power comes, either from a solar panel or power supply. If there is not such power and the unit is in the OFF condition, even if you apply voltage from a battery the unit WILL NOT START unless you press the start button.
